When it comes to choosing paint brands, customer rarely make the decision alone. Suprisingly, the most influential factor isn't the big discounts or flashy advertisment - it's the painter!

Actually, the painters are the true experts on the ground, interacting directly with the customers during the painting process. their recommendation carry huge weightage.

there are several reasons for it;

1. They're highly trusted for thier expertise and experience.

2. Customer's often see them as impartial advisors rather than sales people.

3. They also build personal relationships with the customers during the project.

If a Painter suggests Berger Paint or JSW Paints, then the customers will more likely to switch from the Asian Paints which they wanted.

Why? Because they trust the painter's judgement over the marketing slogans.

And Brands have realised this, and they are now heavily investing on thier;

1. Incentives and loyalty programs for painters.

2. Training session to familiarize with thier products.

3. Building strong relationships to ensure thier brand is on top-of-mind when painter interacts with the customers.

It's no longer just about advertising- wining over painter mean wining the market.
